NICVA aims to make its training and events accessible to as many people as possible and as such keeps its charges to a bare minimum.
This can often lead to events being oversubscribed and occasionally people failing to turn up at an event, leaving empty places we could easily have filled.
Cancellation fee
Because of this we have had to introduce a cancellation fee for all events of 20% of the attendance charge if you give less than 5 working days notice that you cannot attend.
